Shipping is made through different transportation agencies, depending on the destination.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Order processing time will be 2 to 7 business days in normal season, in December and June, shipments may be slower. If payment is made by bank transfer, your shipment will be prepared once we have been able to verify the deposit in our bank account. If payment is made by credit card, the order will be prepared immediately.

The delivery time for shipments starts from the processing of the order, that is, from the moment the order has been sent, depending on the destination:

DESTINATION:

  • Spain/Peninsula: 1-2 business days
  • Spain / Balearic and canary islands: 2-3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 2-3 business days
  • Rest of world: 1-7 business days

What to do if you don't receive your order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If the receipt of your order is delayed, please let us know and we will proceed to locate it. If you do not receive your order within the next 48 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.

RETURNS

You have a period of 14 days from the delivery date to return the items, these must be in their original and unused condition and must not have been washed. If you receive an item in poor condition, please notify us immediately and you will be refunded in full.

How much are the return shipping costs?

Returns are free of charge when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label to the original package, and send it back to us.

 Can I return an item I received as a gift?

In order to return a gift, it must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Gift returns will be treated as normal returns, and you will receive a gift card worth the current sales price of the returned item. Gifts have a return period of 28 days from the date of purchase.

How should an item be returned?

In order to proceed with the return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received with the original packaging, that is, it must be in its original condition, unused and must not have been washed. In addition, it must be returned in the original shipping box.

In order to return the items, you must place the pieces you want to return in the box where you received the shipment and place our prepaid product return label on top of the original shipping label.

To return the item, you must contact us at info@klawden.com so we can request the return label. Once you have received this return label, you must print it, stick it on the package and take it to the transport agency that we indicate.

Please request an acknowledgment of receipt so we can ensure we receive the package. You will be notified by email when we have processed and checked the status of the item as it must be in perfect condition. Once we have confirmed the review that everything is correct, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method. that was used. You will receive the purchase amount within 10 to 14 days, depending on your bank.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, as long as the product is in good condition. If the product has any TARGET or has been sent in error, the company will be responsible for said shipping costs.

Are changes made?

Currently we cannot exchange one item for another, but the customer has the possibility of returning the product. If you want another product, you can place a new order. To make a size or color change, you must return the product and then make the purchase again.
