All products indicate the sales price in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Delivery and transportation costs

KLAWDEN will charge the following as shipping costs: Shipping costs for the Peninsula will always be free. Payment methods

When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using a payment card number, its owner may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the refund demand was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly required the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will remain obliged to KLAWDEN to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

Wire transfer

When you select the bank transfer, you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an email with KLAWDEN's bank details.

It is very important that when making the transfer you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it.

Remind you that payment must be made in EUROS and that all possible exchange and banking fees are your responsibility.

In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always inform your bank that it will be responsible for the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. Otherwise, KLAWDEN could stop the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount of it.

Possible exchange and bank fees are the responsibility of the client.

Order execution

KLAWDEN undertakes to deliver the order within the following period: between 4 and 7 days, starting from the day following the order.

The availability of products offered by KLAWDEN may vary depending on customer demand. Although KLAWDEN updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time.

In case of non-execution due to unavailability, KLAWDEN will proceed as follows: The buyer will be notified of the lack of stock of the product and the expected execution of the order. If the buyer decides to wait for stock availability, he or she will be kept informed of its availability and the order will be executed as soon as possible. On the other hand, if the buyer does not wish to wait for stock availability, he may cancel his order without any additional cost or request a product change.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

The customer must return the products subject to withdrawal without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which his decision to withdraw is communicated.

Payment refund

KLAWDEN will pay the amounts paid by the client within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.

Return of defective product

This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
